shaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Component specifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diameter: 250 mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Length: 3.000 mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weight: 1.050 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surface to be ground: the entire roller surface and the shaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the size and weight of the component, tight tolerances were required to ensure proper sealing, alignment, and reliable operation in the final machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-danobat-g91-cnc-grinding-machine\"><strong>The Danobat G91 CNC Grinding Machine<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For this project, we used our Danobat G91-S CNC cylindrical grinding machine, specifically selected for large and heavy shafts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danobat G91 capabilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maximum grinding dimensions: \u00d8 1000 mm \u00d7 4000 mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum workpiece weight: 5,000 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External cylindrical grinding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conical grinding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profile grinding (where required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This machine allows us to combine size, stiffness, and
