Our largest CNC milling machine, the PAMA Vertiram, is capable of machining products of impressive dimensions: workpieces up to 14,500 \u00d7 4,600 \u00d7 2,850 mm and weighing up to 50 metric tons. As a CNC Miller, you\u2019ll be one of our technical specialists. Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning your work as efficiently as possible to achieve optimal machine utilization.<\/li>\n<li>Clamping and aligning complex products. This requires knowledge, insight, and creativity on your part.<\/li>\n<li>Managing tools, inspecting and replacing tools.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improving the manufacturing process and, as a result, the manufacturability of products.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting control measurements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                                            <div class=\"faq-block-inner-item close\">\n                            <h2 class=\"faq-block-inner-item-title\">What you bring to the role<\/h2>\n                            <div class=\"faq-block-inner-item-content\">\n                                <p>&#8220;Good tools are half the job&#8221;. Your knowledge and craftsmanship are more than welcome within our team.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have completed a technical qualification at MBO level in mechanical engineering, machining or a similar field.<\/li>\n<li>You must have at least 3 years\u2019 work experience as a CNC miller.<\/li>\n<li>You have experience and\/or an interest in producing one-off items and small series.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Heidenhain is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>You have a good sense of spatial awareness and can read (complex) drawings.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re a hands-on person who can work in a structured way; you\u2019re both a thinker and a worker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                                            <div class=\"faq-block-inner-item close\">\n                            <h2 class=\"faq-block-inner-item-title\">Our terms and conditions of employment<\/h2>\n                            <div class=\"faq-block-inner-item-content\">\n                                <ul>\n<li>We offer the following options:<br \/>\n&#8211; Working in two shifts consists of a 5-day working week with alternating early and late shifts. You will work 38 hours per week and the working hours are:<br \/>\nMonday to Thursday from 6.00 am to 2.30 pm or<br \/>\nfrom 2.30 pm to 10.30 pm.<br \/>\nOn Fridays from 6.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm.<br \/>\nAnd once every four weeks, you\u2019ll work for four hours on a Saturday.<br \/>\n&#8211; A 5-day working week (39 hours) with working hours from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm and one day from 8.00 am to 3.30 pm.<br \/>\n&#8211; A 4-day working week (38 hours) with working hours from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.<br \/>\n&#8211; Part-time work is negotiable.<\/li>\n<li>In addition to an excellent salary commensurate with your experience and the role, you will receive a 20% shift allowance.<\/li>\n<li>Overtime is paid at 180% or compensated with time off.<\/li>\n<li>We adhere to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry, particularly with regard to wage increases under the agreement. We also offer a pension plan through PMT.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive 200 hours\u2019 holiday entitlement, with no fixed days off or construction industry closures, and, of course, 8% holiday pay.<\/li>\n<li>Travel expenses (commuting) at 25 cents per kilometre.<\/li>\n<li>An interesting dividend payment.<\/li>\n<li>We want to achieve great things together, so our aim is to work with you towards a permanent contract.<\/li>\n<li>Training opportunities aimed at personal development and versatility in operating our machinery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And let\u2019s not forget that we place a strong emphasis on our people.
