You will be part of our growing Milling Department, which boasts an extensive, state-of-the-art machine park, a modern tool management system (Proxia) and advanced software, in which we are investing heavily. As a CAD\/CAM programmer, you are a key figure within the department and are constantly challenged to strive for maximum and optimal machine utilisation, using the best possible machining strategy. Your duties include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being involved in new projects at an early stage, advising on manufacturability and costs.<\/li>\n<li>You determine the machining strategy for new products, are constantly optimising existing machining methods, and provide colleagues with technical explanations and guidance.<\/li>\n<li>You select the tools, manage the tool library and liaise with various suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>By keeping up to date with the latest developments in your field, you will be involved in proposing and implementing improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                                            <div class=\"faq-block-inner-item close\">\n                            <h2 class=\"faq-block-inner-item-title\">What you bring to the role<\/h2>\n                            <div class=\"faq-block-inner-item-content\">\n                                <p>&#8220;Goed gereedschap is het halve werk&#8221;. Je streeft naar hoge kwaliteit en focust graag op details en van nauwkeurigheden tot 0,01 mm word jij enthousiast. Samen met je collega&#8217;s ga jij er voor om dagelijks GROOTSE producten te maken.
