An empty production hall that is gradually being transformed into a modern machining environment. The installation of our PAMA-2 was an impressive process in which all components were carefully positioned, assembled and tested. Since August, this large CNC milling machine has been fully operational and ready for the precision machining of large and heavy workpieces.

New possibilities for large-scale CNC machining

With the arrival of the PAMA-2, we are expanding our capacity for large-scale precision machining. The machine has been specially developed for machining large machine components where dimensions, weight and accuracy are all key factors.

The PAMA-2 can machine workpieces up to:

• Maximum dimensions: 14,000 x 4,650 x 2,850 mm
• Maximum weight: up to 50 tonnes per workpiece

Thanks to this capability, we are able to support OEMs and machine builders on projects where large dimensions and high quality standards are key.

From installation to production

The time-lapse video of the installation clearly shows just how much knowledge, teamwork and craftsmanship are required to get a machine of this size up and running. Every component was carefully fitted and checked before the first operations could begin.

The PAMA-2 is now fully integrated into our production process and is ready for new projects that combine large format and precision.
