CAD/CAM programmer

Je streeft naar hoge kwaliteit en focust graag op details en van nauwkeurigheden tot 0,01 mm word jij enthousiast. Samen met je collega’s ga jij er voor om dagelijks GROOTSE producten te maken. Wij zoeken hiervoor teamspelers met verantwoordelijkheids- en kwaliteitsgevoel.

• Je beschikt over een technische opleiding op minimaal MBO niveau richting werktuigbouwkunde, verspaningstechnoloog of vergelijkbaar.
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met hyperMILL is een vereiste.
• Je hebt ervaring en/of affiniteit met het extern programmeren van complexe enkelstuks en kleine series.
• Je hebt ruimtelijk inzicht en kunt (complexe) tekeningen lezen.
• Je bent hands-on en kunt gestructureerd werken.
• Een vereiste voor deze functie is een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

  In the CAD/CAM department, you can work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• An excellent salary commensurate with your experience and the position.
• Overtime is paid at 180% or compensated with time off.

  – With a 38-hour workweek, you’ll receive 200 vacation hours, with no fixed days off or construction industry shutdowns, and, of course, 8% vacation pay.
  – With a 39-hour workweek, you’ll receive 200 vacation hours and 52 ADV hours, with no fixed days off or construction industry shutdowns, and of course, 8% vacation pay.

• You have completed a technical qualification at MBO level in mechanical engineering, machining or a similar field.
• You must have at least 3 years’ work experience as a CNC miller.
• You have experience and/or an interest in producing one-off items and small series.
• Experience with Heidenhain is preferred.
• You have a good sense of spatial awareness and can read (complex) drawings.
• You’re a hands-on person who can work in a structured way; you’re both a thinker and a worker.

• We offer the following options:
  – Working in two shifts consists of a 5-day working week with alternating early and late shifts. You will work 38 hours per week and the working hours are:
  Monday to Thursday from 6.00 am to 2.30 pm or
  from 2.30 pm to 10.30 pm.
  On Fridays from 6.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
  And once every four weeks, you’ll work for four hours on a Saturday.
  – A 5-day working week (39 hours) with working hours from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm and one day from 8.00 am to 3.30 pm.
  – A 4-day working week (38 hours) with working hours from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
  – Part-time work is negotiable.
• In addition to an excellent salary commensurate with your experience and the role, you will receive a 20% shift allowance.
• Overtime is paid at 180% or compensated with time off.
• We adhere to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry, particularly with regard to wage increases under the agreement. We also offer a pension plan through PMT.
• You will receive 200 hours’ holiday entitlement, with no fixed days off or construction industry closures, and, of course, 8% holiday pay.
• Travel expenses (commuting) at 25 cents per kilometre.
